Joins mid race, rams Koshi ternium at 5.38,
fails to give to the blue flag at 7.00 but instead continues racing with me and finally causing an accident between us

Starts the race normally, hits Supernooev (another late joiner ) at 5.00,
rams Rory at 9.00,
again rams Koshi ternium at 10.02
and finally hits me after the race. When asked to explain why he did it, he didn't respond. One of the racers said he didn't speak english, but still....

At least, look at him more closely in the next races, he seams not to care much about other drivers nor he shows any respect for them.

A lot of these incidents look like lack of concentration and awareness around him.
The blue flag crash with you: probably not the best decision wanting to go side by side in this really narrow corner. Just a bad try I guess.
Especially the second Koshi crash is one of those things everyone and me hates GT2 for or in this case GT3 and what he did is really an annoyance. Act of no respect.
Supernooev: Maybe a smaller approach would have been sufficient but also Supernooev went a bit weird into the corner standing in the middle of the track.
Rory: lack of concentration by Peppe.
