Description: Cuts corner at race start rejoining with absolutely no regard for other racers. Totally wrecks Redline Chris with no apology, regoints track without consideration for the approaching traffic.
chris asks him what the hell he was playing at, at which point he then starts that he had the inside so it was his right of way etc etc. He then makes out that he was struggling to control the car. If yuo watch him he has no problems handling the car, he just has no consideration for other drivers.
His conduct earlier in the afternoon with shunting and barging highlights his awefull attitude, but this is utter contempt for other drivers.

Calling the adjustment Bureau to educate this "racer" on how to play nicely with the other kids
