The aggressiveness of the safety rating is adjusted.

Yellow flag situations 20% less aggressive.
Off path situations 40% less aggressive

Reason is that Airio now is much stricter and more aware of these things so safety rate became a bit too much of an issue, the last weeks. Might adjust a bit more if I'm still not satisfied with the balance.
