iv'e just started out and am about to make some skins of my own and was wondering do the skins you make work in multiplayer?

Mine does #34,

as the skins are a one off per team member (each skin has there name and number and flag of there country) it is upto the 3rd part (eg you) to upload your skin to the lfs database.

if and when a member asks for a skin to be made for them, i will email it to them completed ready to be uploaded.

each request will need to following:
name, number wanted, and country of origin (so i can find a flag .

these skins are not offical teams skins, unless people decide they want them to be. in which case, i'd make them for the rest of the cars also.
